Here are a few mythical creatures for future reference. I don't want to cling too tightly to any of them as I want to broaden my horizons with research first and then maybe incorporate some elements from one or two of the creatures. Despite this, I adore mermaids and unicorns and would love to use them as inspiration throughout my project.
